There is a problem with my order:
If you bought the wrong product and want to return your order for an exchange, we are happy to facilitate this for you. Once the factory sealed item* is returned to us, we will refund your purchase minus the original shipping charge**. Shortly there after you will receive an email from us, notifying you of your refund. The typical timeline for this process is 7-10 business days.
*Returned product MUST be factory sealed and undamaged.

What types of Payment Methods do you except?
We accept all major Credit Cards, and PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay, you can pay as a guest on their website. Ordering from our website constitutes your "digital signature", and shall suffice as your signature for credit card transactions. In the event of a dispute, you agree to settle all disputes directly with the merchant.

If you order is placed prior to 1pm EST, your delivery should go out same day. If your order is after 2pm EST, your order will go out the next business day.
